HOW DOES IT WORK?
You have 60 days from the day your item is delivered to request a refund.
You can request a refund whether the product is used or unused. If it didn’t work for you, we’ll make it right.
To get started, email support@edgecollect.com with your order number and a quick note explaining what went wrong. We’ll take care of the rest.
In most cases, you won’t need to return the product. If a return is required, we’ll provide clear instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return is required.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
